At The Umé Reserve, every order is prepared with care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of purchase.
During periods of high demand or product launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delivery times vary by region but generally fall within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.


Order Accuracy & Address Information

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees.


Damages or Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@ume-reserve.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief description, and photos if possible. We will evaluate the issue promptly and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

The Umé Reserve is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. For such cases, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

From time to time, select items may be available for pre-order.
Estimated shipping dates will be noted on the product page, and you will receive tracking information once your item ships.
