Return & Refund Policy

At The Umé Reserve, the quality and safety of our products are our highest priority. Because our umeboshi and other food items are consumable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of every product we ship.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at contact@ume-reserve.com if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any food products, even if unopened.
We also cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
